In the age of smart phones, everyone has access to a good camera. I’ve seen some amazing photos taken on iPhones, Galaxy phones, and Google’s new phone. No one, not even professional photographers, can deny the fact that everyone has access to a good camera these days.

So why pay for professional photos?

It’s a legitimately good question.

If anyone can pull out their smart phone and snap a picture, why should anyone pay good money for high quality, professional family and newborn photos?

To be honest, it’s because it takes a lot more than a good camera to take a good picture.

Professional photographers not only have a good camera but a trained eye, light skills, camera manipulation skills, posing, creating moments, tech skills for editing, and a whole bunch of other skills.
