Why should you book an Urban & Downtown Photo Session?
Usually when my clients think of having family photos, they think of having them outdoors in a park or green space. Now don’t get me wrong, I love shooting outdoors in parks, but sometimes you just need to shake it up a bit and try something different.
Some families are skeptical about booking an urban photo session.
What if a lot of people are around?
Will a downtown background look good in the pictures?
Do people really do this?
Here are my answers:
Yes, people are usually around. However, I can find spots and niches where there are either a) not a lot of people or b) angle your photos so you dno’t see the people.
Downtown backgrounds look great in pictures! Beautiful colored walls and bricks. Fun trees and decorations. Graffiti walls with fun sayings. Clean lines! I love them!
Yes! People really shoot in downtown places, even if they’re small towns. Honestly, small towns work out better because there’s less foot traffic.
